3. Fees and Payments

We charge a fee for each transaction processed through the gateway, currently set at **1.50%** of the transaction amount. By using the Service, you agree to these fees, which may be updated from time to time with prior notice.

4. Merchant Obligations

  • You warrant that all goods and services sold through the Service are legal and comply with all applicable laws.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any prohibited activities, including, but not limited to, illegal gambling, hate speech, or the sale of illegal substances.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with tax regulations related to your sales.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HMEA Gateway, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
